We enjoyed the radio studio program (99.1 FM). I had fun singing and followed the singer from Mexico who sang the Spanish version of Merry Christmas song.

Christmas!
Christmas is a beautiful
time to spend with family and friends. It’s one of the holidays that all kids
wish to come very soon. Everyone is looking forward for Santa Claus to share
gifts.
Christmas day is a special
day to give and receive love, hugs and kisses; it’s a time where everyone can
express respect and enjoy the meaning of the Christmas. Nowadays some people
don't show their love but it’s never too late to give love especially to your
family because time goes by so fast.
In Venezuela, we celebrate
Christmas from December 24th. Usually, we have a dinner on that day. We make
different dishes for the dinner accompanied with wine or champagne that is for
receive the Christmas. On December 25th everyone is so excited to go under the
Christmas tree for a gift from Santa Claus. I heard that Canada celebrates
Christmas the same day as Venezuela, but on December 26th every Canadian
celebrates Boxing Day. It’s interesting because on Boxing Day all the stores
have sales but it a crazy day to do shopping.
This is my first December
in Canada and the first time I see the snow, it’s a different weather than
Venezuela, but I like it. I can't wait for Christmas to come.
Merry Christmas!!

Editing checklist
Editing checklist
- PREP (Preposition) When you buy anything, you need to take a good look at it before buying. After you buy it, it is more difficult to exchange it. you may have to get in line for customer service.
- SVA (Subject-Verb Agreement) At customer service, everyone stands in line, wastes time, looks around, carries damaged goods, or mutters their complaints. trying to get stupid refunds is my least favourite activity.
- CS (Comma Splice) Rudeness does not get you anywhere. It just digs you a deeper hole. Keep courteous. Always take the high road. Remember the rule: customer is king.
- FRAG (Fragment) There are polite salespeople, knowledgeable trainer, committed customers in the store. Sure, there may be a few difficult situations once in a while. Dealing with unreasonable callers, seems like an exercise in futility.
- Run-On Sentence Abdolkazem did something great today. It might even be heroic though not recognized be many. A deed like his on the escalator spared customers many a heartache, not to mention embarrassment and injury.

Field Trip Report
My first trip with my
new classmates and teacher was so amazing. We visited different places.
Everyone was so excited about the trip taking pictures and talking about
Toronto's history. Below are the places we visited:
- St. James Cathedral
Our
teacher gave us an amazing introduction to all the beautiful stained glass
windows expressing Anglican church history.
- St. James Park
It
is a nice place to sit and relax. It has a beautiful view where you can take
pictures. We saw two squirrels.
- St. Lawrence Market
In
this market are different sections.
- Market Gallery, which has many photos showing Toronto in the old days.
- Market Area, were there are more kinds of meat than I ever imagined people can eat.
- Loblaws Supermarket
Here
we had our lunch, taking in the relaxing view of a beach and sugar factory.
- Sugar Beach
For
a hot day, it is a great area to visit and relax. It has comfortable chairs and
umbrellas. It feels like a real beach.
This field trip was so
interesting and helped us to know more about Toronto, our beautiful city.

School is necessary.
The important of students attending to school helps in many forms and method providing more education study. One of the essential reason is that the teacher can supervise the students and see how difficultly can be the learning. Another justification is that some students has problem to express in speech and making new friends, so having classmate helps to control the problem. The third supporting make a necessary reason to attend to school because it's supply benefice for the future and become a Professional. The objection of being home and having class through the computer has option to do others things at the same time, but sitting at home don't help the student to correct any mistakes in writing or pronunciation. My personal opinion about this topic is that education has a very important role in students life and go to school is a great opportunity to have a better job and life.
